Summary: The room was ver hot , took like an hour for it to cool down, the beds were dirty when we pulled the sheets up, there was also roaches inside the room and for 72 dollars only for a couple of hours we were expecting for the room to be clean and a quick place to lay our heads.

Summary: Check in was a little difficult. The clerk had a very strong Indian accent and was hard to understand. The room smelled terrible of cigarette smoke even though the sign on the door said the room was a non smoking room. Also there was no cold water at the bathroom sink and the shower was very hard to adjust the water temperature.

Summary: Couldnt find our reservation booked a mobth in advance through Hotels. Blamed it on a new system. After about 20 minutes of veryfing i paid already and showing them my Hotels booking info/payment they did finally give us a room. On the service room looked clean however smelled of coffee grounds because upon inspection found them behind both beds. Roaches cames out at night seen a few in the bathroom when we went to use the nathroom at night. Beds did seem clean tv worked couldnt get the wifi to work but didnt go and ask either. Said there was complimentary breakfast but there was only orange juice and coffee. Had i not used reward points for this stay i would have wanted my $ back. Worked for our 1 night stay wouldnt have wanted to stay longer.
